RusBid provides mail forwarding services in the United States. In other words, we receive, store, consolidate and ship goods paid for by our customers provided that the following requirements are met.

  • A customer who orders and pays for the purchases themselves and on their own behalf should be ready to provide proof of payment, invoices, etc. upon request.
  • The customer shall timely inform us about their purchase. To do so, log in to your Personal Account as soon as your purchase has been paid for, click Balance, then click Add Purchase, and select Self-Paid Purchase from the drop-down list.
  • The name and address of the parcel recipient must coincide with the name and address in your Personal Account.
  • To make it easier for us to identify your purchases, put your name in our shipping address:

We reserve the right to return self-paid parcels to the sender in case of non-compliance with any of these requirements.

Our Rates


Self-paid Purchases
Package receiving/recognition* $3 for the first package + $2 for each subsequent package in one order
Parcel packing/sending* $15+$0.5/lb ($10+$1.1/kg) per each shipped package
Additional Services
Photo upon receiving (3 to 5 pictures) $3
Shipping upon receiving, bypassing the warehouse $3
Parcel storage free up to 2 months, $1/lb ($2.2/kg) per month after 2 months

* Discounts:
If an item costs up to $50 and there is a link to it and a tracking number in the position, we will charge a $2 commission fee for receiving the parcel.
For shipping 4 or more packages in one shipment, regardless of the shipping method, we will charge a $10+$0.5/lb fee for every shipped package.
To get a discount, go to your Personal Account, click Add Purchase, and enter the promo code “DISCOUNT” into the line titled “Additional terms and instructions”.

When you add self-paid purchases to your Balance, they remain without a status for some time, so that you have an opportunity to enter a tracking number or edit the information/delete the position in case of changing/canceling the order.

When we receive and identify your parcel, its status in your Balance will be changed to R and highlighted in blue.

If a customer had failed to notify us about a parcel by the time it arrived at our warehouse, we will charge a $5 fine for each such parcel.
